Pulse

Legal

Terms

Last updated 6 September 2026. These terms cover the Pulse Analytics service at getpulseanalytics.com, operated from the United Kingdom. English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

The product is in beta. We can change, pause, or shut features without notice. There is no paid plan yet and no uptime guarantee. Have a solicitor review this before you rely on it for a paid contract.

The service

Pulse is cookieless website analytics, an event board, and an optional cookie bar for third-party scripts you paste. You get a public site key and a snippet. You must not use the service to track children, to build individual profiles, or to break the law.

Your sites

You own your event data. You are the controller for visitors to sites you add. You are responsible for telling those visitors what you collect, and for any GA4, GTM, HubSpot or custom scripts you paste. Scripts marked “necessary” still load without consent — do not paste a tracker there.

Accounts

Login is email-only (magic link and a 6-digit code). Keep that inbox under your control. We may refuse or close accounts that abuse collect (spam, overload, scraping other people’s sites).

Acceptable use

  • No installing the snippet on sites you do not control.
  • No trying to reverse the daily hash into a person.
  • No reselling raw event dumps as a surveillance product.
  • No attacking the collector, dashboard, or other customers.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost stats, destination outages (Google, HubSpot), or decisions you make from the dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
